Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order ID and issue details

  2. Share images or videos of the product showing the problem

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process

  4. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging


Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 3–5 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on availability

  • Replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned item


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days


Warranty & Manufacturer Support

Shipping & Return Charges

  • Return shipping may be free for damaged or incorrect items

  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
